Engineering aspects need to be evaluated to account for soils quality, drainage and utilities. Does a property offer active or passive solar? Our expertise and engineering background allow us to offer alternative perspectives whether you’re shopping for land or have already purchased a parcel.

Our in-house staff includes designers, contractors and superintendents who are in constant communication regarding your project.
